Yo creo que, que el mayor desafio que tenemos como paiz es realmente poder logran la accessabilidad de los pacientes a que llegen a los hospitals.

Porque? Por que por ejemplo aquí en Tamboril, tenemos lugares que están bastante alejados de nuestro, de nuestra ciudad, que es donde esta, de nuestro municipio, que esta donde esta el hospital. Solamente tenemos dos centros de primer nivel. Estos centros de primer nivel estan a media hora de aqui el hospital, pero tenemos población que esta hasta hora y media, dos horas para llegar a ellos con lomas.

Why? Because for example, here in Tamboril, we have places that are quite far from us, from our city, from our municipality, which is where the hospital is located. We only have two level one health centers. These level one health centers are half an hour from here– the hospital, but we have a population that is up to an hour and a half, two hours away.
