Born into poverty in rural America, he firsthand understands the challenges and cascade of barriers that exist in rural communities.
Against all odds, at a very early age he developed a passion and strong desire to drive incremental change across rural communities while improving the overall health and wellbeing of the communities served.
Today, he remains committed to the mission and resides in rural Kentucky. Spending his days identifying the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization and market, bring them artfully together into a coherent whole to deliver tangible results while weaving comprehensive value into the fabric of an organization and producing a high-performance culture that focuses on value-based deliverables and service excellence.
