Chair of the Board
Susan Grossman joined the Americares board in 2019. Ms. Grossman brings to the board wide-ranging leadership experience in the retail and technology sectors, having held several senior management roles in data analytics, marketing and business strategy. She currently serves as executive vice president of product development for data and services at Mastercard, where she is responsible for developing innovative insight-focused solutions and value-added services that address customer needs.
Previously, she served as executive vice president of retail and commerce for Mastercard Advisors. Prior to joining Mastercard in 2011, Ms. Grossman worked as senior vice president of analytics solutions for Symphony IRI Group where she was responsible for the design, development, sales and implementation of software-based analytics solutions. She holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston College.
